Dear Fellow Parents,

We are starting a major fund-raising project on March 8,9 &10th, 2010 and we are asking for the support of all our families. Our chocolate bar sale will be our main fund-raising initiative for this year and we are expecting it to be lucrative. We are depending on this fundraiser to provide funds to support our 2009/2010 goal of improved spirit and wellness and subsidize our new spirit-wear for the students.

This year, because it is our wish to be as socially and environmentally responsible as possible, we have chosen to sell ‘Natures Treasures’ all Natural Belgian Chocolate. All Nature’s Treasures™ chocolate is trans fat free, and is peanut and nut free. Fundtastic Fundraising is proud to present five incredible flavours of Nature’s Treasures™ chocolate: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel infusion, European mint, and their exclusive no sugar added chocolate. The cost of each chocolate bar is $2.50 with the school retaining a profit of $1.20 per bar. That’s $36.00/ case sold!

Each case comes in a re useable cloth bag – yours to keep when you sell a complete box! (Great for indoor shoes!)

We will be sending home a case containing 30 units with every student. All sellers have a chance to win our fantastic incentive prizes –Each case sold qualifies for one ticket in our draw! Further prize information to follow. Our sale will run until Mar. 26th, 2010, so you can take advantage of the weekends, March Break to sell. Don’t forget that Easter is around the corner… Please return the money for your box ($75.00) on March the 24, 25 or 26th (whichever date is assigned to your class). If you know you will be unable to sell any, please return the unsold bars ASAP. Additional boxes will be given out upon request when $75.00 has been returned for the first box. Please label your envelopes clearly with your child’s name when sending in money and send large bills or a cheque rather than coins whenever possible.
